05 · Before you claim
The founder questions.
Why is the cohort capped at 25?+
Because a founding seat comes with a direct line to me, and that only works while the group is small enough that I know everyone in it. Once it is full, founding pricing closes and regular pricing returns ($129/mo Pro, $399/mo Atelier). Anyone who claimed a seat keeps their rate forever, however many studios open later.
Is the founding price really locked in for life?+
Yes. As long as you stay on Pro or Atelier, your rate never moves. Downgrade to Starter and you go to the regular Starter price; upgrade back and your founding rate comes right with you.
What does a seat at the roadmap table actually mean?+
Monthly private sessions where I share what’s being built, ask what’s missing, and prioritize on real use. Founders vote on what ships next. It is how the roadmap actually gets set.
What’s the 0% platform fee?+
On non-founder plans we take a small platform fee when clients pay you through Stylement. As a founder that fee is waived for life. Every dollar flows to your Stripe, minus Stripe’s standard 2.9% + 30¢ only.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, anytime, no fee. If you come back later, your founding rate is still yours as long as the account still exists.
