For personal styling studios

One studio, more than one personal stylist

Your associates, your assistant and you on one client list. Each person has a role and a title, everyone signs in as themselves, and every client stays with the studio.

How it runs

Invite, share, assign, and let go

01

Invite them

by email, with a role

Each person joins your studio and signs in as themselves. Nobody shares your password, and you can see who is on the team at any time.

02

One client list

closets · lookbooks · notes · messages

Everyone works from the studio’s record. A client handed to an associate doesn’t have to repeat their sizes, their colors or what they returned last time. A client a teammate adds or invites joins the studio’s list.

03

A role and a title for each person

Lead · Admin · Stylist · Viewer

The role sets what someone can do. You or an admin can also give each teammate a title, like Lead Stylist or Studio Manager, that your team sees.

04

Choose who looks after each client

Mine · Everyone

On Atelier, you or an admin picks the stylist for each client. Stylists and admins open the client list on Mine, and anyone can switch to Everyone. A stylist who adds a client looks after them. Everyone on the team can still open every client.

05

Someone leaves

their access ends

You remove them from the team. The clients, closets, lookbooks, notes, proposals and invoices stay exactly where they were.

The old way

How studios share the work today

Today

One login and a group chat

Everyone signs in as you, so nobody can tell who changed the lookbook. Client notes live on someone’s phone, and when an associate leaves, you find out what they had.

With Stylement

One studio, a role for each person

Each person signs in as themselves and works from the studio’s client list. Their changes carry their name, and their access ends the day they leave.

The roles

Who can do what

  • 01Lead. You. The studio, its clients and its plan are yours.
  • 02Admin. Runs the studio with you: clients, styling work, proposals and invoices.
  • 03Stylist. Works with clients: closets, outfits, lookbooks, notes and messages. Proposals and invoices stay with you and your admins.
  • 04Viewer. Sees the studio and changes nothing. Right for an assistant who is learning, or a bookkeeper.
The Stylement way

Your studio, with more hands

  • One client list for the whole studio, with every closet, lookbook and note on the client’s record.
  • On Atelier, choose which stylist looks after each client, and switch the list between Mine and Everyone.
  • A title for each teammate, and your studio’s name and brand on what a teammate sends.
  • Lookbooks, outfits, notes, proposals and invoices show who last edited them.
  • Proposals and invoices stay with you and your admins.
  • When someone leaves, their access ends and the clients stay with the studio.

Questions

Studio teams, in brief

Is there personal styling studio software for a team?+

Yes. Stylement lets a personal styling studio work as a team: everyone shares one client list, each person has a role (Lead, Admin, Stylist or Viewer) and an optional title, and every client stays with the studio if someone leaves.

Can my associate stylists share clients?+

Yes. Teammates work from the studio’s client list, with the closets, lookbooks, notes and messages on each client record. A client a teammate adds or invites belongs to the studio.

Can I choose which stylist looks after each client?+

Yes, on Atelier. You or an admin picks the stylist for each client. That stylist hears when the client acts, and you hear when nobody is assigned. Everyone on the team can still open every client.

Can each stylist see just their own clients?+

The client list has a Mine and Everyone switch for studios with more than one stylist. Admins and stylists open on Mine, and you and viewers open on Everyone. It narrows the list, and every client is still open to everyone on the team.

Can my teammates have titles?+

Yes. You or an admin can give each teammate a title, like Lead Stylist or Studio Manager. The title shows inside your studio.

What do clients see when a teammate writes to them?+

A message from a teammate goes out with your studio’s name and brand, and the teammate’s first name on it. A session a teammate schedules goes on the studio’s calendar, and the confirmation carries your brand too.

What happens to my clients when a stylist leaves the team?+

You remove them and their access ends. The clients, closets, lookbooks, notes, proposals and invoices stay with the studio, because they were always kept on the studio’s record.

Can an assistant see clients without changing anything?+

Yes. Add them as a Viewer. A Viewer can see the studio and its clients and cannot edit anything.

Who can send proposals and invoices?+

Only the lead and admins. Stylists on the team can do the styling work, and the money stays with the people you choose.

Can I see who changed something?+

Yes. Lookbooks, outfits, notes, closet pieces, proposals and invoices show who last edited them.

Which plan does a team need?+

Teammates who edit come with the Atelier plan, and each one is a paid seat on your plan. Viewers work on Pro and up, with one viewer seat on Pro. Prices are on the pricing page.

What happens to the seat when an editor leaves?+

Their access ends right away. On a monthly plan the seat stays paid until your bill date, and the next editor you add takes it at no extra cost.

Does a teammate need their own plan?+

No. While your Atelier plan covers their seat, a teammate keeps the studio past their first week and isn’t asked for a card.
