Past the cap on Starter or Pro, extra clients are $4 each a month or $40 a year, and archiving a client frees a slot instead. Atelier has no cap. Pro includes one view-only teammate for free. On Atelier, each teammate who edits is $99 a month, and view-only teammates are free, as many as you like.
You open a studio and get all of it. Invite a real client, build a lookbook, send an invoice. Nothing is asked of you until you have seen whether it works.
Past day 7 the studio pauses until you pick a plan. Everything you built stays exactly where it is.
You have 14 free days in total, counted from the day you opened, so adding a card early never costs you days. Cancel before they run out and you pay nothing.

No. Client payments run through Stripe to your own account, and Stylement takes no cut. Card payments carry Stripe’s standard processing fee (2.9% plus a small fixed amount per payment), passed through at cost, the same as if you used Stripe on your own.
Yes to both, at any time. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated. If you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. After that the studio closes. Everything you built stays put, so choosing a plan again brings it back.
