Playbook 01

A new client just booked. Now what?

She said yes. The first week decides whether she stays. Here is the week, step by step, the way it runs in Stylement.

The week

Five steps, in order

01

Open her page

sizes · what she mentioned · what she's dressing for

Fill in the basics you already know from the call. It takes four minutes and it's the record every session after this reads from.

02

Invite her

the style quiz is her first screen

She sets up on her phone and the style quiz is the first thing she meets. Her answers land on her page before you've met.

03

Add the first ten pieces

her photos, or yours from the first visit

Ten is enough to start. Photograph as you go and the tagging is done for you, so the closet is usable the same afternoon.

04

Build one outfit

from those ten

One look from her own clothes does more than any mood board. She sees what she owns doing something new.

05

Send a lookbook

one link, opened on her phone

Put the outfit in a lookbook and share the link. That's the first thing she forwards to a friend.

Without it

How the first week usually goes

  • 01The intake is a text thread and a voice note you have to go back and find.
  • 02Her closet exists in your camera roll, between the dog and a screenshot.
  • 03The first look is a collage you built in an app that never met her.
  • 04She tells a friend about you and has nothing to show them.
By Friday

What she has at the end of the week

  • A page with her sizes, her answers, and the ten pieces you started from.
  • One outfit built from her own clothes.
  • A lookbook link under your brand that she can forward.
  • A studio that already knows her, before the second session.

Questions

The first week, in brief

Does she need an account to answer the intake?+

Yes, and the invite creates it. She opens the link on her phone, sets a password, and the style quiz is the first screen. Nothing to install.

Who photographs the closet?+

Either of you. She can send photos from her phone, or you photograph on the first visit. Batch upload takes a camera roll at once and tags each piece as it lands.

Why ten pieces and not the whole closet?+

Because the first outfit is the point of the first week, and ten pieces is enough to build one. The full closet comes on audit day.

What does she see when I share a lookbook?+

A page under your brand, on her phone, with the outfit and the pieces in it. No login, no app to install.

What if I already have clients elsewhere?+

Send us your exports and we furnish the studio for you: clients, closets, color analyses. Most studios are move-in ready within 48 hours.
